Slow service, the food just isn't up to standard nor is the service level. It's not terrible but it's not great. I've eaten in dozens of TGI Fridays and this place is the worst of them. there are far better places right in the area. I'm guessing it's just bad management, but per other reviewers, the staff is nice enough but it doesn't seem that the really care much about you as a customer and obviously neither does mgmt. If it were just some other no name restaurant I probably wouldn't be so critical. It might be a lot better as a "bar", than a restaurant but I was there to eat.

There was a bit of unnecessary traffic near the bar from employees, excessive for no reason. Won't really working. The hot wings I ordered were ok but the wild tasted as if hot sauce was just poured on them. I love bdubbs but I probably wouldn't go back if I'm ever in town. Could've been a better atmosphere.

...as much as I enjoy Applebee's as a food chain, this location under performs greatly. I've tried on three separate occasions (more than I should have) to give them opportunities for redemption, and the experience simply reinforced why I'd recommend going to comparable nearby Friday's or Chili's instead. My last experience during non peak hours, I was immediately seated, but sat nearly 15 mins before I was even offered a menu or water. Mediocre to poor service. Called the store to share my experience with the manager, and also called corporate office.

Our server was great - personable and quick. However, there were tables everywhere that were not clean, the women's bathroom was not clean, and our food took too long to be cooked and delivered. Saw a lot of standing around by some staff, so I'm thinking with all the poor reviews on here that management is not on top of things. The food was good but we won't be back. The place was half empty on Black Friday. And it's in a mall area. Hm.

Cute local vibe. Good Southern music!!! Service is decent... Nothing to write about... But the wings are EXCELLENT!!! I've tried at least ten flavors. Not sure how many flavors they have. HotLemonPepper, Jerk, and Southern Fried are my favorite!!! Juicy, crispy and flavorful!!!I LOVE WINGS AND THEIR'S ARE DA BOMB!!!

The restaurant itself was very nice! I would even say somewhat elegant. The food, however was not as good. The salmon chips were not good and my niece sent them back. They did take the cost off our ticket. When we wanted something we just flagged down whoever was walking by. In other words, the service was not that good. The restaurant was busy which implies that itâs perhaps a popular spot but not that great to me. We did go in towards the end of the night but the service and the food could have been better.
