We dined at Uncle Buckâs Grill around 6:45PM on Sunday, June 23, 2019. We ordered the fish and chips and grilled chicken sandwich. We called up, ordered a Strawberry Salad to go, Hostess said it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, arrived in 12 minutes, went in to pick it up, 35 minutes later we received it. Got it home, there wasn't any regular lettuce in it at all, It had 5 pieces if endive, about 6 small leaves of the purple colored leaves. Terrible Disapointment.we have tried this restaurant 3 different times and that did it for us, we won't be back. Sent a message to them on FB, they sent back a response of a job opening. II know it takes awhile to work out the problems opening a new restaurant, but things should have been worked out by now. Tried the Saturday Buffet also, it was terrible for $11.99, couldn't hardly reach anything on the back row of pans. We won't be back.Thanks for the feed back. Let me correct a few things. We have a great Kitchen team. The strawberry salad has a fresh mix of greens. If you want a lettuce salad, please try our house salad. The message you got on facebook was an automated response because we have many folks applying for jobs here. The Saturday buffet is amazing and only 10.99. We have tongs that reach the back of the buffet, you possibly picked up the wrong ones. I hope you decide to try us again. Please ask for a manager if things aren't to your liking, we'll do our best to make it right.

Our meal started out with some bread and honey butter. The bread tasted like it had been around for a while and reheated, but the butter was excellent and made the bread acceptable. For my meal I ordered a Ragin' Cajun with Sweet Potato Fries and a Club Soda with a wedge of lime. The Ragin' Cajun consisted of a whole blackened chicken breast, lettuce and tomato in a large bun. The chicken was warm, moist, tender and perfectly seasoned. The fries were also perfectly sweetened and tasted even better when dipped in a bit of honey. The overall meal was outstanding and the service was excellent. We will return.

The wife and I found this place more or less by accident, glad we did. Excellent atmosphere and food. Pricing is about normal. Plenty of food on the menu. Our server, Mekenzie, did a superb job. She took real good care of us. Food was real good, pricing, like I said, was normal. We will be back.
