op dit adres aan de Roosendaalse Nieuwe Markt bij Winkelcentrum 'de Roselaar' kan je (kant- en klare) kipspecialiteiten afhalen met bijgerechten, in feite dus complete maaltijden: kipfiletstukjes in roomsaus, kip saté ( van de gril) ketjap of satésaus, kippenvleugeltjes, gehaktballetjes, kip van de gril, loempia's,broodjes nasi, bami, mihoen, komkommersalade, wokschotels ( Kippiepan) enz. Kwaliteit is prima, prijs redelijk.

I went to the Lucky Garden yesterday. Asked for fish and noodles, they said ok but after 5' they said they didn't have fish. Then I chose beef and noodles in sweet sauce. They packed my stuff, I payed (no receipt...) opened it when I was at my place to find they gave me spaghetti (!!!) instead of noodles, and beef and veggies in sweet sauce were super heavy and not good. I ate half of it and threw the rest... :-/

I'm no fan of buffets and of mixed buffets even less. Although the food looks okay and is prepared with some care I feel all dishes are a bit rough at the edges. The sheer size makes it feel more like a food factory than a restaurant. Due to the different cuisines they offer the food seems to carry more than the flavours it should.Unlikely I will visit again.

Ordering was straightforward and easy from the all you can eat menu. Both of us chose whatever we wanted from salads, soups, appetizers, sushi,tapas, meats and more. There was tremendous variety and very filling in a great setting. Food. Ame seiftly and service was great. Highly recommend.

We have been to The Vrouwenhof to celebrate a special evening with some nice athmosphere and Good Food.First it's (for The netherlands) very expensive and not worth The Penny.I ordered a Soup an Hors Deuvre (Starter) and a Main Course....The Soup (approx 8â¬) contained lots of Water and some formerly canned asian vegetables ;(The Starter Sampler Plate just looked poor - very Little and @ 13⬠a Rip-Off....The Udong Maindish (@24â¬) hab a neutral Taste - three KingPrawns some Rice thats it ;(Everything was so dry - we also had Bejing Duck - same dry experience....I spared The Desserts and paid my 120⬠learning fee......Never Again.

The décor is well thought out and the menu is inspired. As you transition from course to course you'll be pleasantly surprised at each turn. Each dish has traditional undertones but are lifted by modern techniques and locally sourced ingredients. If I had to choose, the highlights for me were the Singaporean black pepper lobster (traditionally crab) and Hong Kong scallops on the half shell, though the meal as a whole was faultless.The sommelier/hostess will really seal the deal if you're looking for an outstanding dining experience, her choice of wine pairings were perfect and her non intrusive attentiveness is unrivalled.It's worth travelling for, I guarantee it.

Absolutely loved it, great food, good selection. Everything had a good flavour and texture. It is not a ordinary "Dutch" Indonesian restaurant, but more focussed on a few things done well. And they do them well. Have an open mind and enjoy it.
