So it's one of those secrets that you want to keep, but also can't wait to share. I have eaten here a few times with no complaints. Where to really start? It has an authentic taste from Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. My wife and I have not found any place that takes us back to Indonesia or Singapore, as closely as the flavors that the proprietors at Jaya servers. It is has a modern fell and friendly service. I would tell you to bring some friends and give it a try. Take a chance on the roast duck, be careful that chili sauce can be sneaky. Enjoy!

Took family friends who had experience with hotpot in china. Clean modern decor. Very entertainment friendly (unlike most chinese restaurant). This was good first impression. Like that they are individual pots. Meats are fresh and the shrimp paste was really good. Wines are reasonably priced. Overall very good hotpot place. Missed a star just because there was no Wow factor. If you are accustomed to Haidilao in china, this wont quite cut it. Otherwise definitely worth going. Thank you for your review. Had lunch there recently, had the buffet. It has a large selection of noodle dishes, and the standard Chinese fare. There are also two soup choices, egg drop and hot and sour. They also have a salad bar of sorts with peel and eat shrimp.Something for everyone. My problem was that it was all good but not great and surely not memorable. It might be better ordering off the menu, but the buffet is just standard dishes done ok but not great. Service was friendly and attentive. Priced right under $11 with tax. Not sure I would seek this place out but it will do well in a pinch when I need some Chinese food.

We came to celebrate a birthday. The music was too loud but once the manager and owner found out they reacted positively. The food: The Pakalolo Shrimp was delicious. The sauce that came with it was drinkable. Pricey though; 5 shrimp for 14.25. The Miso soup was fabulous and well balanced. The Aspen, Colorado Hamachi, and Firecracker were all delicious. For entrees, the Seared Poke dinner with salmon was scrumptious, as was the Yakiniku. Both were delicately sauced and very healthy. The Coleslaw won rave reviews. The Rice Beer was a favorite but unfortunately the Pear Sake and Coconut, Lemongrass Sake were unmemorable. The Chocolate Raspberry Cake was like something you would find at the Cheesecake Factory or other chain restaurant. We will definitely be back; I'm still dreaming of the Seared Poke dinner with salmon.Thanks for stopping by and "Happy Birthday" to the guest of honor! We made reservations and arrived about 6 PM. There is only street parking or valet parking in the building. We were seated in a nice corner table for two, away from the sushi bar, but with a nice view of the bar, which is beautiful. The restaurant is dark, and had a Budda-Bar feel to it, due to the music. However, the music changed to much quieter, but perky, dining music shortly after we sat down. We were surprised how busy the restaurant was for a Tuesday night, so were glad we had made reservations.I had a Peru Margarita to start with, and I'm hooked! Slightly spicy, it was delicious. My husband enjoyed a Sapporo or two. Our waiter, Steve, explained that the dishes are all made for sharing, and recommended we order 4 or 5 dishes for the two of us. For starters, we had jalapeno yellowtail, a black cod lettuce cup and soft shell crab appetizer. We loved the jalapeno yellowtail, which Steve had recommended. We also loved the black cod lettuce cup, although it was small and difficut to share - we will each get one of the lettuce cups next time. We usually love soft shell crab, but the appetizer was not our favorite, and we wouldn't order it again. We debated ordering the shishito peppers, which the diners at the table next to us were enjoying with a dipping sauce, but we decided not to because we weren't sure how hot they would be. We then shared the rock shrimp tempura, followed by the king crab tempura "amazu," both of which were amazing! Each of the dishes came out separately, at a nice pace which allowed plenty of time to enjoy each dish by itself, without being rushed. Steve recommended I try a Skouras white wine from Greece and I enjoyed it very much - very different from a sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio, my usual go-toos. Not oakey like a chardonnay, either. I liked it so much, I purchased several bottes from Pete's Wine Store on Holly and Cedar in Denver. For dessert, we ordered a bento box (chocolate molten cake with a sauce and ice cream) to go, and it traveled the short distance back to our house very well. We loved that too.The service was excellent, and Steve's recommendations on the menu and wine were right on. In fact, pretty much everything about Matsuhisa is perfect. As others have pointed out, it is expensive, but well worth it. We can't wait to go back!

This is a consistently good Thai restaurant. Despite being in a back corner strip mall people have found it. Often a wait but you can call a get on the wait list.Last visit weâll all tried different entrees and everyone was satisfied. Will go back to the Pad Thai-best in Denver.Nothing fancy but the food is the reason to visit. We do not live close but have family near it so we often meet there.

I read about Osaka Sushi on TripAdvisor reviews and decided to try it with my family on our next visit to Denver. What a great place! Unpretentious, really excellent sushi in an intimate, cheerful atmosphere. I don't know that I have had better sushi anywhere else. Fresh ingredients, flavorful and well presented. A great place for sushi and at a price that won't break the bank. Highly recommend Osaka Sushi in Denver.

In one line, Itâs the best sushi ever. Anywhere. Just go for it. Now few tips - The place is always jam packed so better have a reservation or a great luck. Itâs the freshest sushi ever so go with an appetite. Itâs slightly on the expensive side- Beware !!! But totally completely worth it.
