This was our second visit and we noticed the walls are in desperate need of repair. Could this be considered a health department violation???? On the other hand the egg drop soup was fantastic!

We tried it all ... pot stickers, egg rolls, beef and chicken bulgogi and don Katz's - all delicious. Not fond of styrofoam it is served in but delish anyway.

I went with a partner and another couple. We ordered crab rangoon and spicy edamame. They came hot. The edamame was quite good. The rangoon had no hint of crab whatsoever, not even fake crab. It just tasted like fried balls of cream cheese. After our apps, we waited a long, long time to get our four dinners (two of which were the same meal). I had sesame chicken for dinner, with unbattered chicken. When it came it was clear to me, it had sat in the window for some time and was luke warm by hand touch and mouth feel. It tasted fine, but lacked visual appeal. Normally, i would give this experience three of five, but the service staff was always checking with us and filling our drinks, which is why they got a four. It's too bad the food wasn't hot and more timely; it might have been a five.

We have traveled extensively and eaten at many many restaurants from low priced to the very expensive. This restaurant deserves high praise for everything from the staff to the food. We loved every aspect of it. Whitney, a sushi chef, is an amazing artist and prepared me the sushi special of the day. And our waitress Amy was so attentive - we love her! This restaurant is now our favorite in North Padre. We will be back!!

Delicious Thai curry, nice friendly wait staff, comfortable and clean interior. Good little salad with curry for lunch. Didn't have to wait too long. Reasonable.

Located in downtown Corpus Christi, Vietnam Restaurant serves a contemporary Vietnamese fusion menu of high quality, fresh ingredients. Our fine dining menu boasts of tasty herbs and vegetables, seafood, poultry, pork, and beef dishes. Operated by Chef To
Vietnam Restaurant In in my top 5 Corpus Christi restaurants. Usually very quiet and peaceful, good location for an intimate dinner (and good for small groups as well). They have dishes that are traditional and dishes not too spicy. Reasonably priced wine list too.

So, I read the reviews and was quite impressed. We were excited to try different dishes and they did not disappoint. We ordered Jap chae, the short ribs, the sticky buns with pork belly, basil fried rice with pork, counter donuts, green onion pancake with beef and mint lemonade. Oh boy were we pleasantly satisfied. Very FEW restaurants do every dish well. Every dish was hot, flavorful and delicious. Let's hope that consistency is not an issue because we wil be returning to try more items.

I ordered delivery via a service so I have not been inside the restaurant. I ordered 3 items, two of which were not available. Fried won tons and a side salad with peanut dressing were not available. I don't know why they couldn't make the salad as it is simply lettuce, tomato, a slice of onion, cucumber and peanut dressing, so they do have all the ingredients in the store, but the restaurant staff said they could not do it. I was disappointed that they could not or would not accommodate my order especially since it was listed on the menu to order. I ended up with just the cashew chicken and nothing else. From the time I talked to the staff on the phone and my order left the restaurant it took almost 40 minutes. For one single entrée. When I ordered at 1138 am it stated on the delivery site that it would arrive at 12:8 which is an hour from order time. I was fine with that. The delivery girl, Donna, waited from just before 12 until 1315 before they had my dish ready to go, so it was actually 1323 when I finally got my food. My meal was great, too bad the service at the restaurant was lacking. The cashew chicken was very good and had a mix of vegetables rather than just carrots, cashews, chicken, and onions like I expected. It also had sweet red peppers, peas, snow pea pods, zucchini, and was in a light sauce over a bed of steamed sushi rice. It came with orange wedges and shredded cabbage and a few slices of cucumber. The meal was great. The chicken was all white meat and very lean and tender. The vegetables were tender-crisp and everything was prepared well. I would definitely order this dish again. It had a little heat, but was not spicy at all. I'd rate it level 1 from 0 to 5. No sweat at all with this one. It came with a thin sauce that looked similar to fish sauce with lots of crushed red pepper in it and I poured it over the dish and didn't taste it separately so I don't know if it was fish sauce or something else. It was good though. This is downtown and far from my house, so I've never dined at the actual restaurant, and based on the slow service, I think I'll stick with my favorite tried and true Thai restaurant and not bother with driving to this one. I thought if it were really good, then it would be worth my trip over. It might be, but with my favorite only a mile away from home, it isn't worth my time and my time, like everyone else's, is valuable. Had my service from restaurant staff been stellar instead of unreasonably slow, I'd have given this a higher rating.

My wife and I came here for dinner, place less than 1/2 full at 7:20. Ordered beer... waited (longer than necessary). Ordered edamame... another long wait. Ordered Dark Side of the Moon Roll & Chef Special... both tasty but served warmer than expected, much warmer... boo. Next beer delivered after another long wait. Ordered Steve Perry roll, it was good but again to warm for a roll. But the music was great, not loud enough, could still hear âsushiâ chef bantering with bartender and guests.Had much better service and food elsewhere; place is cute, too bad - wonât return
