Our slot time was 2:30pm. When we went there they asked us to consume the food within 3pm since they close the buffet by 3pm. And when asked what's this concept the manager told us that since we have come on 50% offer this is what we get. Loved the ambience and special lounge set up for my husbands birthday dinner. Mr. Srikanth, Flying Elephant incharge took special care of us and personally supervised the lounge and dinner arrangements for the two of us. We have been regular at the hotel and have never been disappointed with the decor, music and food. Had Lamb Adana w garlic bread, Melt in mouth Galouti Kebabs, perfect Nasi Goreng platter( suggested by Namrata) and specially curated cocktail and mock tail from the gorgeous bar. The Music lent the velvety touch to an overall perfect & memorable night! Just an exquisite display of world's finest cuisine with some extremely fine service levels. Enjoying such a lavish buffet at just 2500 is a little difficult to find in the city however this place never disappoints you. This weekend I (Shashi Kumar) had dinner with my friends(Sudhakar & Kannan) at Pan Asia, ITC Grand Chola, We had the opportunity to try out some really delicious cuisines during the course of dining experience we had, with highlights being Sushi Sashimi, Lobster with some Tannic Wines that made our Saturday dining experience a memorable outing. Special thanks to Mr. GOPAL(Manager of the restaurant) for taking extra efforts to guide us and help us choose the best of the cuisine from the menu according to our taste preferences. Later he suggested us to try out Ottimo(Italian Restaurant) it was also very good where we had Pizza, Bread n Seafood. He also suggested us to check out Fabelle(Chocolate Shop) where we tried out some really delicious chocolates and desserts. My brother in law's family had come from Abu dhabi, I took them to my favourite restaurant for lunch , they enjoyed the meal as it was good with wide spread of dishes be it be starters like chaat items, main course or desserts , special mention about the live fast food counter, they loved the ambience, the service was good as always, like to appreciate Supervisor Abdul, Santhosh Gowda for their services and Chef Udaya for his personal supervision. and in overall they had a wonderful experience.Dear Mr ClementThank you for taking the time to review us on TripAdvisor.
