Pure InspirAsian in the Restaurant Namun: Asian cuisine is not only delicious with its spicy and lemony aromas, it is also light and healthy. The authentic nature of the restaurant is reflected in the range of dishes on the menu as well as in its atmosphe
In the past 28 years of travelling the world, I have dined in 100's of restaurants. Rarely have I ever encountered a staff with the level of knowledge and passion for their product than I did last night at Namun in Bad Ragaz. Both the manager and our waitress might as well have been fully vetted and certified wine sommeliers. In fact, I believe the waitress said she is a sommelier-in-training. They even had the honesty and courage to state that they did not like a particular wine. Their knowledge of the non-liquid part of the menu was just as thorough. Then there was the caring, friendly attention that gave us, anticipating needs and helping within being fawning. It would have been quite a paradox (and disappointment) if the kitchen did not deliver at the high-level they set. They delivered. Compliments and thanks all around!

Took the sizzling plate with beef and coconut sauce. I'm a big eater, but this was a lot of food. And very yummy taste. Not many things on the menu, but enough to chose from. Would love to try their buffet one day, but it's only available on certain days. There's a bit of a view from some of the tables over the city and to the mountains. Nothing really fancy but okay. They accept creditcards among with American Express. There's free WiFi.Paid 38 CHF for 3 spring rolls as a starter, the sizzling platter for the main and one drink on the side. Not cheap, not too expensive. The loud radio playing in the restaurant is a bit irritating.Hi NL_KoenWe had the Daily Buffet from Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:300-13:00h.The Weekend Buffet is available Friday Satuday and Sonday from 11:30-13:30h and 17:30-22:00hWe would be pleased to see your next visit. And if you ask we can put the radio quieter. Many thanksthe Aisahouse Team
