We found this place while strolling through Puerto Varas. The restaurant is small, but the space is surprisingly well used, with three levels within the same open space. We ordered our beverages and hamburgers and the waiter brought the drinks first and then we waited, and waited and waited and were finally brought three hamburgers after what seemed like hours, and we were still missing two other dishes. Service was so slow, that the waiter gave us all another round of drinks on the house, which was very thoughtful of him. The food was good, but it took so long that it would be very unlikely that I would return to this place when next in town. As for the prices, like those of Santiago, which I think are too high for a small restaurant in Puerto Varas.
