Having eaten twice here in July, we can say it is a favorite place for breakfast! The food is delicious with various choices. Pancakes are huge! The seasoned bacon is wonderful. Service is usually quick with nice servers. The only downsideâ-the restaurant is extremely loud. Do not plan to have a business breakfast or lunch here. The sound can be overwhelming. We will continue to dine here, but not plan to carry on a conversation!

Forget 'casual dining.' That's an industry term so out of touch with how consumers eat and drink today. For premium quality and style; fare that's at times familiar and other times adventurous and a laid-back modern setting, Houlihan's is a true original.
I met friends here for a Friday night Happy Hour. All the Houlihan's restaurants have a great Happy Hour from 3-6 - both drink and food specials. I tried the grapefruit jalepeno drink, and it was amazingly good. We shared shrooms, Thai chicken wings, and guacamole. Our server was attentive and efficient. This is a place a patron can count on for solid service and great food.

One had a burger, looked good. One of us had chicken fried steak and another had chicken fried chicken. Both were good. I had the tortilla soup which was good, but I wish they had a smaller portion. If you go, bring a jacket or sweater!

Went here twice on a recent trip to KC, once with my spouse and again with her and my son and fiancé. Both experiences were over the top terrific. As a couple other reviews have noted, the place can be loud, but what comes out on the plates and in the glasses more than makes this worth it. Service both times was excellent and friendly. I can not describe adequately how terrific the food was. A visit here will not disappoint.

When you get seated they give each person at the table a cinnamon roll which is delicious. The menu is varied. My husband had a cheeseburger with fries and I had an open faced hot beef sandwich. Both were good. The service was good and the decor has old papers and pictures on the wall. It reminds me of a small town diner. Recommend

I took a group from work who were traveling together to Summit Grill. The food and service were excellent - had a hard time picking what to eat. The noise level was good for talking with a group. Atmosphere casual and professional.

I have been to this restaurant on a couple occasions. Previously, I have had no complaints except I have always found the servers to be trending toward a slightly rude attitude (no different this time). Our party of four went to a late dinner. We were seated quickly, but the place felt a little âstickyâ and in need of a good cleaning. It was so smoky (not visibly) that at least 3 of us complained later that our clothes smelled of smoke. Before you tell me that this is a barbecue joint, rest assured that I have been to plenty of places like this and rarely, if ever, have I ever had to wash my shirt to get the smoke smell out of it. Drinks are well-made, but the food was just not there. Two of us ordered pork spareribs only to have the waitress return to our table and tell us they were out. I really canât believe that a barbecue joint would run out of ribs. Are you kidding? I had lamb ribs for something different and they were pretty tasty, though the overall experience of the sauciness of all the food was a little over the top. Burnt ends tended to be overly fatty. As you can surmise, I was underwhelmed and a little disappointed. This restaurant will remain on peopleâs lists of barbecue places to go when in Kansas City. For me, I think this may have been my last time.Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback - It helps make our team better. Arcade Alley is a retro arcade bar located in the Strother District in downtown Leeâs Summit, Missouri. Food, Fun, and Friends come together for a nostalgic experience youâll want to keep coming back for.
This place is a lot of fun! All the games I remember as a kid and unlimited play was a huge bonus. The place was really busy, but that's expected on a Saturday night, yet the multitude of game options kept people moving from one to the next, so you didn't have to wait that long for anything. Can't wait to come back!
