Great consistency and immediate customer support. If there is any issue, management is very crucial and keen when it comes to feedback. Good work from Wesley and Hillary. The service is quick and reliable. Consistency is what gets me to come back everytime; it is, hands-down, the best burger shop in Nairobi. This is a really nice place. Spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. Though part of a chain it has its own character here amid many eating places.Their designed coffees were interesting. Their medicinal tea called dawa chai is with ginger and lemon with no milk. Served hot in a large cup.Prompt and unobtrusive service.

I was so excited to find Rocomama at the village market and they did not disappoint. Delicious food is on the offer(especially the ribs).The staff are friendly and do not hesitate to guide you through the menu. Try it next time you are at village market.The secret ingredient is always RocoMamas! ;) #RocoMamasFTW

This restaurant is located near the swimming pool area and though set for formal dining, is a casual restaurant more like a pub. The food was fresh and cooked well (tasty) but they did not have everything on the menu so we had to keep changing our order. The local greens is recommended! A pity they do not serve their local 'Ugali' to accompany the good steak.

The design of the restaurant and the hotel lobby area is light and airy. We started off with drinks by the small swimming pool terrace area, but had our meal in the restaurant when it became too windy.The staff are friendly and accommodating, but the kitchen is letting them down. Our meals were either burnt or tasteless, but they made it up with complementary dessert for all of us. I would try it again, though.I liked the fact that it was not busy so we had loads of privacy.

Wings are too complicated. Hated all the flavors especially the parmesan. Do not try parmesan. The wings would honestly be better when plain. The flavor was too much. The ketchup bottles were broken basically unkempt. Otherwise fries are ok. Salad is a joke really . Two pieces of carot and i think cucumber doesnt qualify as salad. And they were precut thus not fresh. The price is abit much for the quality. 9 pieces of spicy wings go for ksh 600 at chicken in and tgese are to die for.We apologize, please send us an email to [email protected] include:OrderBranchNumber And we will resolve this issue ASAP.
