On our 4 week USA road trip we stopped by in Zillah to sample red wines at Cultura. We were greeted by both Sarah and Tad Fewel who run and own Cultura. Both very passionate about their wines. Sampled six wines and brought three home to UK. Would have brought a case but transport a bit tricky. Small friendly up and coming winery. Don't tell everyone about it or there will be no wine left for me.

We went to Two Mountain Winery for a wine tasting and enjoyed the wine and a whole lot more. The wines were very good and we brought a bottle of their Cab Franc Reserve back home to Georgia to enjoy with friends. The people made the experience even better. Marcos was a great host and educated us about their wines. Susie was fantastic, recommended another winery to visit down the road and, yes, even took us there in her car. Then when Ubers were limited late in the day, Susie went way out of her way and took us back to our hotel in Yakima. That's top notch customer service. Our day of wine tasting in Yakima Valley was most memorable for the community feeling among the friendly people at the Two Mountain, Treveri, Sheridan and VanArnam wineries. They all support each other and take a personal interest in visitors enjoying their wines and experience. Even though we traveled 2,500 miles to get there, they made us feel right at home

Dineen Vineyards

Dineen Vineyards is located in the hills of the Yakima Valley just north of Zillah, Washington. We are a small family owned and operated viticulture business devoted to growing the finest wine grapes in the area. Our estate-bottled wines include Dineen Heritage, a Bordeaux-style blend, Dineen Cabernet Sauvignon and Dineen Viognier. We also sell red, white and rose wines under the Kamiakin label. Please visit our tasting room to sip a glass of wine on our patio or on our broad lawn overlooking the vineyard and the valley. We are open Thursday - Sunday, noon to 5pm or by appointment.

Visited during peak harvest on a day that was closed to visitors - Mr. Dineen approached my wife and I and asked if he could help us. He is a wonderfully humble man who spent a hour showing us his vineyard, picked grapes for us, and filled us in on many of his operational experiences and history. Just a great guy! Bought a bunch of wine which we really enjoyed! Whoever Rob G is, he didn’t meet Pat Dineen - just a sad smear by an idiot!

Owner was very friendly and it was clear he loved making wine and telling others about his craft. Small winery but each wine was very good and was made with loving care. Nice view of the countyside. Made us feel very welcome and that his wine was a way to share in that.

VanArnam Vineyards

Welcome to VanArnam Vineyards. We focus on making the highest quality wines. Our size allows us to be hands-on every step of the way from nurturing our vineyards, picking the grapes at harvest and through all the wine making in the winery. We are located in Zillah which is in the Yakima Valley of Washington - the leading wine region in Washington State. Our vineyards grow on a southern slope of perfect soils for premium wine grapes. The winery rests on the top of a hill overlooking the vineyard and the Yakima Valley with views of both Mt Adams and Mt Rainer. We think our grapes like the views as much as we do.

We visited this winery in November. Good service, wine, and food! Indoor and outside tasting areas. Wood fire oven for delicious eats! We enjoyed this winery until dark. Played cornhole, sat by outdoor fire pit, and enjoyed the wine, conversation and atmosphere. Good for small or large groups. Plenty of well thought out space for picnics, families or events. We will be back!
