I had a great day! My tour guide Cipher was very friendly and helpful and knew exactly the right places to go, at just the right time to see them, eg Avoiding the crowds at the Palace Museum and then later watching the sunset over Taipei city from xiang shan (Elephant Mountain) - Beautiful!

Our party of 5 traveled to Taipei in November and we went on a 4 day private tour with Justaiwan Tour. I worked with Max to plan the trip and he was extremely patient in answering all my questions and worked with me to modify my itiniaries. Warren was our tour guide and he was very accommodating, going out of his way to make sure that we had a good time. He was even willing to adjust his work hours and worked longer on certain days so that we can keep up with our itineraries. The tour company and Warren were very responsive; they made us feel like we had a family in Taipei who's always watching out for us to make sure that we are safe and have a great time. I reccomended the tour company to all my family and friends and will definitely contact them again when I return to Taiwan.

We've dealt with Eddie form Yolo tours on many occasions while preparing our tour in Taipei. Eddie was always available and was getting back to us within a short period of time. We had booked a 2 days tour with another couple joining the Celebrity cruise to Asia on October 2020. Unfortunately with the Covid-19, we had to cancel our cruise therefore cancelling the Taiwan tour and as soon as we advised Eddie, the refund we had paid for the tour was back to our bank account within 1 hour. We had some issues with "Paypal" and Eddie was always ready to support us during the process of the refund.
