Enroute from the train satation to the palace you will probably pass the tourist office. the multi- lingual folks there are most helpful. You can buy your tickets to the palace and other attractions inside fenced area. The office charges a 10 % fee for the service but unless you bought your tickets on line you save yourself a lot of walking to the palace ticket office by getting you tickets here. They also have maps and other information
