Beautiful park and a perfect place to let kids run, play with the dog, or just walk around after eating at the soda shop next to the museum. Its tranquil. I'm surprised that more people weren't there.

This is an outstanding outdoor activity park. People walking, people skating, playing basketball, kids on the playground, and geese. We saw family after family bringing bread by the bag, so these geese are not underfed. What's amazing is there isn't a mess of soggy bread everywhere. Maybe the parks staff keeps it clean. This is a very pleasant park. One word of warning, do watch your step over by the goose pond, there are a LOT of geese and they spend a lot of time on the grass evidently. The observation deck to see them swim is where our grandkids enjoy watching the best.

Beautiful, relatively flat (except for the cool side trails to the top of the canyon walls), and peaceful 6.5 miles roundtrip. Great bridges over the creek/stream. Birds. Supercool rock formations. Wonderful easy hike for kids.

What a great spot! A real amenity to residents and visitors. A great spot to park and launch walking or biking of the Greenway, and a really pleasant time to spend time. Plenty of space for kids to run around, plus playground. I don't know what the lakeside amphitheater is used for so I look forward to hearing from other reviewers.
