We had an AMAZING day skiing at Mountain High on Superbowl Sunday, thanks to the great organization and excellent customer service on the mountain. We arrived at 9:15 am and were lucky to grab a free parking spot in the free parking lot at the bottom. Looking back i wish I paid since I forgot about the Altitude change coming from the beach, and got super winded lol. We asked the parking attendant where we should go for our lesson, and we were told to go to the top where they have the lessons. We hopped on the moving belt and went up to get the rentals. The line took a bit and my daughter was about 15 minutes late to her class, but the instructor was so nice and said for her to join in. All the instructors wore masks. She said the instructor was very kind and taught her everything she needed to know in order to feel comfortable going on the ski lift and down the beginner mountain runs and even intermediate runs later on with my son who was snowboarding. I was even able to hang out around the lesson area and take pictures, which was a plus! Another instructor even offered me water! My friend and I waited down by the tables most of the day, the grill was open and you could purchase food there or inside their cafe to eat outside. I must say I enjoyed my broccoli and cheese bread bowl and my kids enjoyed their grilled hamburgers. I see that a lot of people bring their own food and place it on tables to save them throughout the day, so we did have a hard time finding a table but there are more high top tables areas that you can stand up on. In all it was a fantastic day, my daughter is now comfortable skiing at other resorts and even has taught me and my husband some tips that she learned. Thank you Mountain High, we cannot wait to return and recommend you to all of our friends!
