I am incredibly disappointed by the attitude of this company in refusing a refund. I have lost over £1100. No it won't bankrupt me, but it's a hell of a hit, that I can't afford. In unpicking my July 2020 trip to NYC, EVERY other provider from the hotel, to theatres, to Madison Square Gardens, to the New York Yankees, to a car hire company and Amtrak all refunded immediately. This was the ONLY exception. I am lost for words at their uncaring attitude and I urge you to think very carefully before buying their product. It is a huge mistake in my opinion and I will never use them again.

Although this pass is very easy to use, it was no help avoiding long line ups. At several attractions you had to queue with many other pass holders to get a ticket and then to queue again with the ticket. This was most noticeable at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum where our initial line up was about an hour. That was just to get to the ticket window. Then there was the entry line up which was also over an hour. Others went directly to the ticket kiosk (no line ups at all) and then onto the entry line.
