We've been here a few times and it's always a family favorite. The staff is always helpful and friendly. However, our experience yesterday warrants a review and a shout out to two of the management team. Our waiter was called to fill in as the bartender and was being overwhelmed with orders, so Derek filled in as our bay server. He took our orders quickly, gave a few food recommendations, checked up on us often and took care of everything we needed. He was great and his up beat, friendly attitude was a highlight of our visit. On our way out, Avery walked by and mentioned the NYE party being held on Tuesday, answered all of our questions and even made a few phone calls to make sure we could get a VIP spot as they were filling up, we booked it right then and there! To Derek, Avery and everyone who was working the afternoon of Saturday December 28, THANK YOU! We had a blast and the whole family is hyped for New Year's Eve!

My family and myself visited Main Event for my husbands birthday and It was an amazing experience. First off, a great guy that worked the front helped us find a great price for my whole family to enjoy multiple games. After purchasing wrist bands, we enjoyed a game of bowling and order food. Our waitress was very polite and helped us order items everyone loved. She was fast and kept up with everything we needed whether it was refills or extra items. After bowling we dis a little lazer tag and even received a great deal on an all day game pass. I will definitely be back for more fun with the family sooner than later.

My twins turned 8 on Nov 1 and we had their party on a Sunday afternoon. It was outstanding service and the kids had so much fun. It was memorable and totally epic! Bring an extra shirt, the kids will get wet on the bumper boats. We have a YouTube video under the Dengel Bros channel, if you want to see the kids in action.

This theater is always very clean! They all have the luxury loungers, which are super comfortable and large. They now have a bar, as well as burgers, pizza, and your normal movie food. The prices are higher here than at the Cinemark Hollywood in Pasadena. Staff has always been friendly. There's a couple bars right by there if you want to grab a cocktail before or after. Make sure to buy your tickets online because it's all reserved seating now and if you don't, you may have crappy seats. Good place.
