The St Juraj's Inlet is located on the northeast side of the island of Vis and is enclosed in the form of a ring by the islet Host, and by the peninsula of Prirovo that so naturally protects the town from the influence of the open sea.

Stiniva Cove

Reviewed By 450danijelk - Soblinec, Croatia

I got myself a dauting quest and that is to tell you about Stiniva and I will try to put it in words but like old saying goes one picture is worth thousand words but let’s go. To access Stiniva you have two ways: you can go there on foot or bout. Both ways have advantages and disadvantages. Must say that to come on foot you have to climb and go tru very steeply sloping ground and I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone who isn’t sure in his/her’s fitness possibility. On the other hand trip tru last for about 15 min but there are some tricky ground to pass. The way you go down is also a way you go up so you must count on that beucase of high temperature and the fact that you don’t have any shade. The bout ride to Stiniva is easy and only down side that when you come there you can either climbe in small bout that you can get to shore or swim. Now that you know the way to stiniva chose for yourself how you wanna go but go there early in the morning beucase after 11 am is very crowded. There si a beach bar with pretty high price but you must know where you are so I think price range is acceptable. The beach is beautiful and the feeling there is not somthing you can exprience anywhere! There are some high ground for jumping in water or just to have fun or move from crowd if you desire to stay whole day. If you need to know or have some other question fell free to ask I’m happy to answer.
