Needed a quick haircut and balayage while in Vilnius, and the UFF people were very helpful. They spoke good English and in general the amosphere is very relaxed. They even had a dog in the salon. Just to remember, that if you arrive by car, there are few places to park due to the city centre and many offices nearby (even the nearby parking mught be full).
