Our guide, Juan Carlos, was awesome. I made an error in my booking and he was able to adjust the date of my trip without any problem. We drove from Villahermosa to Paenque by car, it took around 2 hours. The site is insane. Chichen Itza pales in comparison to this site. We had a guided tour of the site, which was ok. It was more enjoyable just exploring on our own for a bit. We then visited Aqua Azul and Misol Ha waterfalls. The entire trip was amazing. Safe, fun, and memorable. I recommend this trip to anyone who happens to be South/Central Mexico.

I highly recommend this trip as an add-on to your stay in Mexico City although you might want to stretch it out a bit to spend more time exploring these wonderful cities. We feel we just got a sampling of what there was to see. We will definitely go back and spend more time in this area. Our guide Oscar was outstanding and made the trip all that more enjoyable.
