I have used Mahe Cab Services on two separate work trips to Seychelles and both have been excellent. Brandon is always on time, has a sign to find you, accepts an American credit card, and probably most importantly for an international traveler is a very speedy communicator over WhatsApp. In July 2019 I found him on TripAdvisor and communicated with him only through texts. He was there at the airport although my flight was delayed. Then in Feb 2020, I messaged him again for pick up at the airport and he even remembered me. Brandon is excellent, he knows all the local spots and if I am ever back in Seychelles would certainly book him for a tour. Transport from the airport can be hairy, go with Mahe Cab Services, they are the best cab company on the island.

My brother and I visited Mahé for a one week holiday in early October. We used David's services for our airport transfers and also a whole day tour of the island. He was always on time and is an excellent driver leaving us feeling very safe even when negotiating some of the more steep and twisting roads . He has a very friendly nature with a ready smile and was always ready to share his extensive knowledge of all aspects of Seychelles nature, culture and history. I plan to return to Mahé for another holiday with my wife and won't hesitate to look David up again.

The remote wilderness of Aldabra Atoll, one of Seychelles' most distant islands, is over 1000 km southwest of the main island of Mahe. Aldabra is one of the world's largest raised coral atolls comprised of four main islands. Aldabra is the largest of the Seychelles islands, with a land area of around 155 km2. The ring of islands surrounds a central turquoise lagoon which is the tidal heartbeat of the atoll with millions of tonnes of water rushing in and out twice every day. Aldabra's geographical isolation, rough terrain and scarcity of fresh water have deterred large human populations from settling. As a result, Aldabra is significantly less disturbed than other atolls worldwide. It remains as an outstanding example of a coral atoll and, in 1982, was inscribed as a UNESCO Marine World Heritage Site. Famous for its 'champignon' terrain and relatively pristine marine life, the atoll is a refuge for many endangered and unique species. It is part of a global biodiversity hotspot and one of the world's natural wonders.
