Myself and my husband attended Asiri’s class the first week of February he is an amazing teacher very knowledgeable and really good at explaining things to strengthen your yoga practice. We were very lucky and we ended up having a private class!!! Thank you very much Asiri, you are our favourite yoga teacher in Sri Lanka!

Little place, clean, open windows, gives you a feeling like you are outside, we have tried ayuverdic and relax full body massage, it was great! I had a problem with neck and shoulder for a week, didn't feel any pain after treatment, and they use natural oils... Ask for Dinith and Priyanthi, the therapists.

I've been coming to Unawatuna Fitness Centre for a couple of months now .... and ALWAYS feel welcome and comfortable there. Excellent range of equipment ...for men and women...incredibly helpful- both staff and the locals ...and easy going. Very reasonably priced too. Whether you are at competitive level or just want to stay on the fit and healthy side of things ..or want to get fit and healthy ....your place is here! I get a lot out of going ... just look for Santha (the owner) or any of the guys and you will be looked after. WOMEN ...WE ARE ALL WELCOME! ????

This place is amazing! I ended up coming back several times during my stay. The place has a quiet and very relaxing location with fresh and clean rooms among the palm threes. The staff is super friendly and professional, and the massage therapist are so good! I tried a few different variations of deep tissue massages and also the swedish massage, and the quality of the massage was beyond amazing every time. I would recommend this place!

Yoga sessions with Upali in the beautiful dome are great! The dome itself is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. The inside is well decorated and clean. Upali has a beautiful style of teaching. He motivates without pushing and helps you to go deeper into the postures. My first class with him has been an accidental private class which was amazing. Upalis soozing voice floats you through the session. A must do if you are up for some yoga in the morning!

I visited Sri Yoga Shala a couple of times during a recent trip to Galle and it was a lovely experience. As a complete beginner at yoga, I was heartened by the instructor Laurence explaining clearly what to do, how to do it and she gave the harder options for those that were up to it. She also made adjustments so that we were doing everything correctly .... this is an instructor who cares about her practice! The studio is set in jungle and rice paddy and classes are done accompanied with the sounds of birds and monkeys in the trees. The facilities are great and after class you can relax by the pool and enjoy drinks or a meal at the cafe. The rice and curry is excellent and I rate it as one of the most memorable meals on my last trip! Highly recommend that you stay on after class and enjoy the facilities. It's so beautiful :)
