We hired Juan for a day trip from Tulum to Chichen Itza/Valladolid and I can say without hesitation this was a highlight of our trip. Juan was incredibly responsive, professional and knowledgeable of the area and provided some great suggestions which made our day trip even more memorable. Logistic wise it took the guessing work and worry out of planning the day trip and allowed us to really enjoy our time outside of Tulum. I will recommend his services to anyone who asks because it was truly that great.

My boyfriend took me on a trip to Mexico for the first time, I was having anxiety leaving the states and entering another country that speaks another language. I had safety concerns mainly about driving and finding good taxi drivers. We were soo lucky to find Sam on our first night going back to our hotel.
