I did Ya’s cooking class solo in 2017 and it was so great that when I visited Ko Chang with my family this year I brought them as well. We’ve done cooking classes all over the world and this is our favorite. Ya is WONDERFUL with a great sense of humor and a truly intuitive, top tier chef. She speaks English very well and was a joy to cook with. You walk away with great knowledge of Thai cooking culture and a gourmet meal that was one of the best Ive had in Thailand. Could not recommend this class more. Blue Lagoon is also a lovely setting. A+++

We had lovely afternoon and learned a lot about Thai cooking. Every question was answered and we got to cook a lot of dishes! Really recommend this place if you are looking for authentic and really good quality cooking class!

We saw in a couple of sites that this place was recommended so we try it out. A family business running by Bunny and her husband wich make you feel at home from the first moment, the hours flying so fast, Bunny is really funny and charming woman and also really good at teaching you learn a lot and eat everything you make ( we recommend to NOT eat anything b4 you go coz you will be eating the whole time) We highly recommend this if you love Thai food and you wanna learn it. At the end you will get a cooking book and a diplom.

During my stay at Blue Lagoon I participated in yoga classes almost every day, sometimes twice a day, and each practice was absolutely fulfilling. There were different types of Yoga (Hatha and Vinyasa) with two excellent teachers who adapted their flow and intensity of practice to the level of experience of participants. The surroundings are spectacular, the morning class just when the birds start to sing and the air is still fresh, or in the afternoon when the sun goes slowly down and the air cools down. I enjoyed every second of each class. Namaste ????

Had a awesome time training here the 12 days I stayed at Koh Mak. I hadn’t done much Muah Thai before coming to Phoenix, but nonetheless I felt at home. The group classes gear the lessons to your skill level and the Trainer “Go” knows his stuff and will work hard to get your technique right. It’s hard work, but if you like a challenge and want to learn the basics of Muah Thai, Phoenix is the place for you!
