November 6, 2021 Ying Subia

As the gateway to Costa del Sol, Torremolinos is a modern city preserving the great charms of the Andalusian tradition. Here visitors enjoy more than 300 sunny days every year, comfortable temperatures (avg. 19ºC/66ºF) and 7km of beaches along the sparkling Mediterranean. Away from the sea and sand, travelers can explore the old fisherman’s district of “La Carihuela,” or sample the city’s cuisine – including regional favorite Pescalto Frito (fried fish) – in hundreds of restaurants and bars.

Jardin Botanico Molino de Inca

Just on the outskirts of Torremolinos. From outside it looks nothing but inside is absolutely delightful. For the 1 Euro entry fee you get to experience a most amazing gardens with fountains, fish ponds and waterfalls, aviaries with several species of birds including owls, a maze and Japanese garden plus much more. There is also a flour mill and museum. Definitely worth a couple of hours to visit.

Small and quiet which made it a pleasent and intimate experience seeing the crocodiles and turtles up close highly recommend going to the demo lots of interesting facts in the talk and seeing them being fed plus you can hold and get your photo taken with the baby croc for €3 (extra to buy photos) Me and kids really enjoyed it. Drinks and food on pricey side is my only criticism.

Hawaii Playa

The effort that they have put into this part of the beach is amazing! Themed with palm trees, flags coloured walk way so you don't get sand in your toes! Entrance to it is very nice colourful and bright with nice sunbeds and palm trees on the top of your parasol, beds and parasol cost 10 euros for two beds and one parasol for all day long love it best part of the beach.
