I have visited The Bookshelf a couple of times now. I love the quaint atmosphere of the place. The selection of books is fantastic despite being a small store. On my most recent trip, I easily found a number of excellent books that I want to dig into. I highly recommend stopping by The Bookshelf to snag your next book!

If you're in Thomasville at dinner time this is a good choice for a smart, chic atmosphere and really good food. I had steak/frites which I rarely eat. The steak was quite good and the frites were as good as they get. Just delicious. I'm tempted to return and just eat French fries. Prices are very reasonable and service was excellent. Sweet Grass is best known for excellent cheeses - and they're good. But the steak/frites is worth a trip.
