We chose Mr Linh's based on our friends' recommendation. The replies from the agent were prompt, and it was easy to make changes or ask questions. Our itinerary was fairly straight forward, and you can check all the accommodations as they provide an itinerary with links to hotels and homestays. Both our guide and driver were excellent. At all times we felt safe when Mr Long was behind the wheel. Mr Son was very knowledgeable about the area, and he also picked up quickly our favourite dishes and our average hiking/trekking speed. We did a 9D/8N trip, and had to do small changes along the way (like skipping motorbike riding as it was a rainy day going from Ha Giang to Dong Van, and then staying one extra night in Dong Van waiting for the rain to stop). The changes were not an issue to Mr Son. We had a small misunderstanding, but even that was duly noted and communicated to us. We went to places where there were no other tourists, and it was really wonderful to enjoy the fresh air, amazing sceneries, colourful tribes and see people at their daily chores. Our itinerary was Hanoi-Hoang Su Phi-Ban Phung-Ha Giang-Dong Van-Cao Bang/Quang Uyen-Ban Gioc Falls-Quang Uyen-Hanoi. To see the rice fields in full colour, I would suggest going latest early October. Around mid-October a lot of the rice had already been harvested, but still plenty being harvested by the locals, mostly women. I would strongly recommend Mr Linh's for travels to Northern Vietnam.

The staff was very accommodating to our large group, and the scenery was spectacular. We traveled with a vegetarian, and multiple people who were wanting other options besides seafood, and the Genesis Regal delivered! Highly recommend this experience!

Even tho we could not visit some of the intended places due to corona, All efforts were made to give the best experience possible. I also really liked the place where we slept. Good service, great food and lovely scenery.

This was a long day trip from Hanoi for the three day tourists and many others taking an overnight trip. Stops were made each way for a drink and on the way out at Thung Khe Pass. Here stalls were set up at the side of the road selling various foodstuffs. One lady who dared enter the toilets out of desperation, warned against it. Once we reached Mai Chai, we had lunch before the three of us set off around the paddy field for a great one hour cycle. It was the first time in 50 years that I have cycled but you don’t forget. We then set off on our long trip back to Hanoi after a very worthwhile day.

I had a beautifull trip with my guide Tommy. We did a lot, like cycling, walking, swimming at a waterfall,eating with locals and visiting a cave. The rice fields I have seen are are the most beautifull ones. My stay in the lodge and the environment was like paradise.

I just had a Tet holiday with my family at Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort. It’s a beautiful place with an infinity pool and bungalow rooms. The breakfast was delicious with many dishes both European and Asian. You can experience Hoa Binh lake right at resort by boat, kayak or bamboo rafting. The atmosphere here is very cool, quiet, really suitable for a family vacation.

We had a guided tour arranged by our holiday tour operator. We were so glad we did , as you would not know much after. The ride was very exciting, but make sure you confirm the price for outgoing and returning. The lake is full of Lotus flowers in the summer. Tinh Tam Lake was where the Emperors came to relax, also popular with students who also come here to study.

Highly recommended food tour on foot around the old town of Hanoi. Ken was a excellent guide - friendly, informative and great company. The egg coffee to finish was a first and capped off a rich variety of local cuisine.

I planned a personal experience with Indochina Beauty travel. Everything was done through Kathy Nguyen. I have no words for the amazing service from Kathy. I was doing a solo sabbatical year and everything she organized for me was very safe. I am from Guatemala, the other side of the world, plus I was recovering from some health issues, and Kathy made me feel very safe. She would call me every day to check up on me and remind me of my activities for the day. She informed the drivers and guides of my health condition and they were very accomodating. In a few words, Kathy was my GUARDIAN ANGEL in Southeast Asia. I had the most wonderful traveling experience ever, I will be forever grateful and I definitely recommend her and the agency!!! I will definitely use them again. very knowledgeable tour guides, beatiful hotels.
