Yoran Palchik was an excellent teacher. His instructions were clear, he skillfully progressed through more complicated moves at a perfect pace. He checked in often to see how I was feeling. He encouraged me and I felt comfortable and powerful. I was proud to discover that I have a strong will to protect myself. This was enjoyable, good exercise, and also important in building confidence. Yoran was very easy to trust and to learn from. I am almost 60 years old and not a "typical athlete" - he admired what I could do. I did not feel embarrassed at all. This was an energizing experience and I feel proud. I will remember this and I hope to continue Krav Maga when I return to the U.S.
