The Bison Bar is an art deco inspired cocktail lounge where you can relax, meet friends, and celebrate special occasions. The menu gives you ample choices, starting with the selection of decadent signature cocktails and classic cocktails, moving through a gourmet selection of wines, bubbles and beers, then onto a fine top shelf specialising in single malts. The non-alcoholic options are just as decadent with our custom made mocktails, Bison Beans coffee, and teas. Drinks and conversation are best accompanied with food and the tapas plates are simply delectable. Choose from the selection on meats, vegetables, cheeses, breads and delectables and they will present you with your personally designed platter.
