In bad weather the place might be crowded. Why not walk up and down instead of using the chairlift. Your GP will love it.

We have been here about five times previously and every time we go they have added something new for children. Our two boys (now 8 and 10 years old) love it! The rollercoaster, water ride, slides, trampolines are great fun and the complete lack of queues is a fantastic advantage. We paid 58.00 Euro's (c. £45.00) for a family of four and it is definitely great value for money when you look at what you would have to pay at any UK theme park (with hours of queues thrown in for free). The staff are really friendly too which all contributes to a great experience and wonderful day out.

Nice playground, easy to reach from the road. Nice ride with the cable cars to the mountain. The playground is quite big with part of it in the forest. The children loved the various 'obstacles' and challenges they had to pass. A lot of walking in the mountain. The view of the valley below is excellent. Really beautiful lake near the playgroung with a lot of small fish that come really close to you. The best is the tobogun ride which cost us 15 euros for 2 adults and 2 children. It doesnt last long but you end up in the same point you started so if you wanna go again its there!Don't forget to smile during the ride as you picture is taken!

We have just spent 10 days over new year skiing in this amazing place. It had everything for our mixed ability group of children and adults. What was most impressive was despite not being that high and the 10 degree temperatures for most of December the snow conditions were excellent due to the tremendous hard work of all those preparing the pistes. Well done guys. Your efforts and considerable investment are very much appreciated. We will be back next year for more of the same.

I was at Hochfilzen Austria for the Biathlon world championships 2017. The arena is top class with 30 lanes, excellent athlete facilities with ensuite rest rooms, secure wax rooms, a big hall for the Biathlon family club and excellent competition offices.
The event was very well organized by the local organising committee.
There's a free Biathlon shuttle bus that services the nearby towns. But take care, you still have to walk about 2.5 km from the bus stop to the stadium.
You can't fail to notice the area is quite industrial. This area used to be a major manganese mining center in Europe.

A modern base station leads up to 8 person gondolas. For the summer season some fo them have had one seat removed so that mountain bikes can be carried with you. Alternatively bikes can be carried on an external arm. There is a mid-station but if you want to go all the way up you can stay in your gondola.

We rented our skis here after it was recommended by our hotel. And we can see why they did! Great selection of top notch equipment but the service is what really impressed us. Tom was professional and took care of us like VIP's. The location was also very convenient to the Gondola and they let us store our boots and skis in a heated shed. Highly recommend and would use their services again and again. Thanks for taking such good care of us Tom!
