I have traveled to Poland three times for vacation and we love to purchase Polish Pottery. I was really surprised when we saw the billboard for this place. We definitely stopped and loved it. The quality was awesome and the designs were spectacular. The lady at the counter was great and we enjoyed talking to her about our experiences in Poland. I definitely would highly recommend this place anytime you travel through the area!

First visit to this location and it was super great! Each department has an awesome selection of products and I especially like the Archery Hall of Fame and Gun Museum on second level above the hunting dept. Nice employees and loved the homemade fudge!

Askinosie Chocolate

In 2005, Shawn Askinosie left a successful career as a criminal defense lawyer to start a bean to bar chocolate factory and never looked back. Askinosie Chocolate is a small batch, award winning chocolate factory located in Springfield, Missouri, sourcing 100% of their beans directly from farmers. The only chocolate maker working directly with cocoa farmers on four continents, Shawn travels to regions of Ecuador, Honduras, the Philippines and Tanzania to source cocoa beans for his chocolate. This allows the chocolate to be traced to the source and labeled authentic single origin. It also enables Askinosie Chocolate to profit share with the farmers, giving them a "Stake In the Outcome," a principle he learned from author/entrepreneur Jack Stack. The Askinosie Chocolate mission is to serve their farmers, their neighborhood, their customers and each other, sharing the Askinosie Chocolate experience by leaving the world a better place than they found it.

I love quality chocolate, and my husband and I went on the $10 tour on Thursdays, and it was fascinating! The guide tells you about how chocolate is farmed, prepared, and made into chocolate bars. It’s all fair trade and they have several partners around the world, and you get to see all the phases of the chocolate making process, and then taste various chocolates at the end. Highly enjoyable!
