In our gallery in Kettinge you find besides the artwork of Heike Arndt guest shows with artists, who have proved their talent and professionalism. We hope to surprise and challenge our visitors.The gallery takes active part introducing the art and culture from the Nordic countries and artists working in Germany. In the future we wish to support projects involving artist/groups from both places.In our danish studios for printing, ceramic/sculpture and painting we hope to develop an active artist involvement in the future.

Birthe Jarlbaek, who previously worked with the blue fluted porcelain for Royal Copenhagen, paints flower paintings as well as decorates porcelain and glass to order. In connection with the workshop at Klintholm Havnevej, there is a small shop where finished goods can be purchased and new decorated items can be ordered.

The Old Grocery/ LF wine and brew in Gedser is a house with brewery/winery, cafe, B&B and a health clinic with a masseur and a podiatrist. In the cafe you can taste beer and wine made at the spot, and enjoy a meal as well. There are always homemade cake and icecream to enjoy in the garden. The store holds a lot of lokal products to take home with you. Nearby is the wineyard with tours several times per week, ending up in the cafe for tasting and maybe a walk round the house. Flemming and Lea Lind runs the wineyard and the old Grocery, and are passionate about brewing tasty beer and making good danish whitewine. The B&B holds 4 rooms and a schack for rent. It is placed next to the harbour with the ferry to Rostock. In the covered terrace there are often music and cultural events and a nice atmosphere with wine hanging from the roof. A short walk from the old grocery is the marina and a nice beach and a small forrest for walking. Welcome to the old grocery.

Gallery where you have the possibility to experience paintings from different artists. Also art in pottery, textile and glass art is on display. You also have the possibility to sign up for education in drawing and painting. The courses are adresses adults as well at children. Advanced as well as beginners. There are always ongoing exhibitions in the gallery.
