Apologies for not reviewing earlier! Been to Skala 8 times in recent years and August 2019 was our first time in here (gutted not been in before!) and we went about 5 times over the last 8 days of our holiday. All the staff are friendly and lovely (special mention to Anthony who was making some lovely drinks - and he said he was the new boy! -keep up the good work!) Nice nibbles! But most of all fabulous cocktails! Great views and a great place to spend a few hours.

Visited this bar on the second night of our holiday and returned every night thereafter. Fabulous friendly staff, great music, great drinks, great atmosphere. Will definately be our first port of call when we return to Skala

What can I say ....it's a Great Bar .....Thanassis the owner is a Great guy ..... Saph the Barman and Maria the Waitress are a great team .......early Evening the Music is soft and mellow ....and it gets louder ....as the night goes on .....great Atmosphere ......various events during the week ....the Quiz night was harder that you would think !! I was lucky to be there for there 10th Anniversary .....what a night !!! I nearly needed Dialysis !! Top Guy and a Top Bar ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

But late but thought would write to give out opinion. Firstly we wished we found the bar earlier as we visited as bar was winding down. I can honestly say what a lovely bar this is, great setting, great staff and importantly great cocktails. Everyone has their opinion but some of the negative reviews we just couldnt see where they are coming from but each to there own i guess. Just have a visit and make up your own mind. We personally love it.

A lovely long and sandy beach. Perfect for children as the water is warm, clear and shallow. Our tip would be to take some water shoes if you want to swim outside the Anemos Taverna as there are some pebbles as you first enter the water and it is a sweet spot to base yourself. The rest of the beach does not require water shoes and our favourite swimming spot was at Kaminia . A great beach for walking along so that you can do some exercise too. Turtles nest on this beach so it is not developed and is extremely tranquil.
