At the request of queen Natalija, in 1897 the modest one-story summerhouse of prince Mihajlo was added onto, and reconstructed into an opulent summer court. Lovely place to visit relax, walk, do exercises, ride a bike. This is a free attraction open every day 24 hours. The view ti the river Danube and Sava are beautiful. Good place to watch the sunset. The fortress is nice... you have some nice cafes and restaurants around the area to seat and enjoy a drink. The park is beautiful full of trees and gardens highly recommend to walk this place. Bring some flat shoes

Such a different feel to this place once the Christmas lights lite it up at night. The buildings surrounding it, as well as the giant horse statue makes this square stick out in a city that has so much to offer!
