On the south side of Jeju Island, Seogwipo offers swanky hotels, rugged cliffs, popular beaches and gorgeous waterfalls. The volcanic-rock cliffs located around Jungmun beach are a wonder. Make sure to visit the viewing platform to take in the spectacular vistas. A coastal city, Seogwipo's many activities revolve around the ocean, including diving and submarine tours. Many of the restaurants specialize in fresh, local seafood. There's also much to see and do inland, including temples, art museums, amusement parks and botanical gardens.

If you want to see a waterfall without the hassle of hiking a long way, go for this one. Just a little stairways descend from the entrance and voilà - you'll be greeted by this pretty view of water flowing freely to the sea of Jeju.

One can have a magnificient view of basalt stone pillars formed along the coast due to sudden cooling and solidification of the Lava which flowed into the sea. The sudden contraction of molten lava due to the cooling effect of water has resulted in these rocks splitting into polygonal columns and forming a coast of almost 2 km long. This attraction is worth the visit and can be reached directly by trekking from Cheonjeyeon falls or taking a bus and pass thru the garden (Jusangjeollidae Promenade) and then reach the cliff at the end. Walking around the garden would be relaxing and one should not miss it. Wooden Platforms have been built to reach the end of the cliff and for a better view of the coastal line.

We visited this place while walking the Olle trail route 10 and its great view and fresh seafood were very pleasing and I strongly recommend it. Definitely great to snap some fantastic photos while enjoying the rocky beach. The whole place was very clean and I just really enjoyed my time there chilling and staring at the ocean and volcanic cliffs. It took about 30min to walk the whole path but if you want to take everything in, chill and take some pictures 1 hour and more would be perfect.

Seashell and coral art in their fascinating and natural colors. The seashells' mysterious world under the sea-- as designed by several artists. (is this a title. If not keep original sentence) With a collection of 7,800 species, hundreds of millions of beautiful shells and corals from all around the world joined by metal craft and copper, present the world's first 'Museum of Seashell Art'
I loved this museum so much! The seashells and paintings exhibited at this museum is awesome and seriously beautiful. Everything that you see in and around this museum is so artistic and shows so much of passion in it. The cafe within the vicinity is equally beautiful that offers good coffee and bread too!

You get an amazing view when you go up the stairs. the view also changes a lot, from pine trees to sand beach, volcanic rock beach, and the view of Halla mountain (the highest mountain in South Korea). Everywhere was very clean and the path was clear and guide signs were easy to find. I also really enjoyed the ocean view. It's perfect if you go there on a clear day.

Sanbangsan Mountain is a wonderful bell-shaped huge body of lava situated nearby the ocean. At few places, it stretches into the ocean where majestic rock structures can be seen. Almost vertical cliffs with columnar joints at this mountain are impressive. This mountain is visible from almost everywhere in the southwest plains of Jeju. Also the legend associated with this mountain is very interesting. According to the legend, it was plucked out from the Hallasan Mountain peak by the angry Emperor when he got hit by a misfired arrow that was shot to white deer. Interestingly, it is said that the circumferences of the Sanbangsan Mountain and the crater at Hallasan are of similar size. The Jeju Olle Trail Route 10 is connected to this mountain by stairs. A Buddha temple, huge Buddha statue and the caves on this mountain are very beautiful. This mountain along with nearby Yongmeori Coast are highly recommended especially to those who love coastal cliffs and interesting rock formations.
