Having hired a BMW F700GS in 2018 from the Milan Hertz branch we could not wait to do it again as it was so good the first the first time around This time we were lucky enough to hire a R1200GS and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. The bikes are excellent and in top condition and we had no problems with ours for the full 1200km that we did around the north of Italy exploring the lakes, the mountain passes, beautiful countryside and even fitted in a trip to Venice. The service from the Hertz staff is second to none and part of what makes the whole experience so worthwhile and enjoyable. From the ease of the booking process, the communication and helpful response for absolutely any queries we had right through to the friendliness of the team at Milan everything was brilliant. Hertz Milan provide a brilliant service, great bikes at competitive prices and a customer service that is the best I have ever received We will most definitely be back again very soon Thank you again for helping make the perfect biking holiday.
