We contacted Jose by email and there was always a prompt and complete response to our questions. On our day of arrival I texted him to let him know that our flight had departed Paris on time. When we arrived, he was waiting in the arrivals area with a sign and after introductions, he retrieved the van and we were on our way in a matter of minutes. The van was very clean and comfortable, and as Jose drove, he pointed out areas of interest, towns, restaurants, and spots on the Camino. He drove us 60 miles to the front door of our hotel and managed our luggage for us, then we said our goodbyes. After traveling for over 24 hours, Jose made the final leg of our incoming journey very comfortable and pleasant. Do yourself a favor and email Jose for superb,friendly, prompt, courteous service. We just completed a short family Camino holiday (Sarria to Santiago) and we used Caminofacil to transfer our bags from hotel to hotel so that we only had to hike with day packs (waterproofs, snacks, phones, batteries, first aid, water etc). We had / needed zero contact with Caminofacil (other than our booking) because the service just worked like magic! We left our luggage (clearly labelled) in our hotel each morning and by the time we arrived at our next hotel our luggage was already there. It worked flawlessly every day, including one day where we accidentally left a pair of shoes in our hotel room - Somebody thoughtfully put them into a plastic bag and tied to one main bags so that they weren't lost! Thanks! Highly recommended.
