Sant Antoni de Portmany (Catalan pronunciation: [ˈsant ənˈtɔni ðə purˈmaɲ], Spanish: San Antonio Abad) or San Antonio is a town on the western coast of Ibiza. €7 to rent a sun bed We had to wait in a line for 25 minutes in the scorching sun to enter the other side of the beach as they didn’t want everyone together the beach is very small for the amount of people there. However walk is very tiring up the hill to get to the other beach but many beautiful views

A beautiful beach but not as accessible as some others. Water is crystal clear, the beach is generally packed but also has drink and food vendors. Worth a visit while you're in Ibiza, best beach around!

Cala Bassa

We’ve been coming to Cala Bassa for a few years now and it’s clear that they are investing a lot of ££ here. There is a large car park with plenty of space. 5 euros to park but you get given a voucher for a free beer so not actually expensive at all. There’s a board walk that takes you from the car park to the beach so if you have a buggy then access isn’t bad. The beach is long, sandy and flat so again good for young children. It does get busy so I would recommend arriving by 10.30 to get space. There are people who sell pretty much anything on the beach; fresh fruit, beers, soft drinks, water and the facilities provided by Cala Bassa Beach Club are really good. There is loads of choice for places to eat, toilets, showers, shops, music, sun beds & umbrellas. I’d suggest calling and booking the day prior if you want a bed. Definitely one of my favourite beaches on the island and no doubt we’ll be back again next year.
