We called for a reservation a day before and were happy they were available. This beautiful tasting room was about an hour from Polignano a Mare. The google directions put us on a road that was the back of the property do we had a few minutes of frustration trying to find this place. Due to COVID they seemed to be allowing tastings to a group at a time. There are 3 price points and the most expensive is 20€ with four tastings -large pour. I asked for a rose instead of a more expensive white for my first taste. Tramari made from Primitivo is a light and perfect summer rose. Then we moved to the reds which were all fabulous, but F was my favorite made from Negramaro grapes. This jammy and smooth wine captures my heart. But a case and you won’t be disappointed
