Anugraha Yoga is based on the island of Trinidad in the Caribbean. We offer a range of public yoga classes, workshops and events at Parkview Studio, San Fernando. At Anugraha Yoga we provide a safe space, teachings, and encouragement to guide you on your journey. We provide private and corporate classes and workshops locally and are open to the possibility of international opportunities. Currently we are exploring how we can expand our range to include online services - if you are not able to meet with us physically, we are happy to invite you to be a part of our online community.
