Our group of seven thoroughly enjoyed our wine tour, tasting, and cooking class with Laura. Chef Laura expertly guided us through preparing a delicious four course meal that was simple enough to repeat on our return home. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and made the activity so fun for our group. We were later served our delicious meal at a beautiful table set outside overlooking the Tuscan hills. Grazi Mille!

Opera in The Kitchen

When the Italian culinary traditions meet the sounds of the best Arias of Italian Opera in a beautiful location and exclusive event. Much more than a cooking class, this is a multi-dimensional experience. “Opera in The Kitchen” grew out of a childhood memory spent in the open air. The smell of freshly cut herbs, a passion for traditional cooking, and a blissful atmosphere of the melodies of Italian Opera.

Opera in the Kitchen was the highlight of our 2-week Italian adventure. Lucrezia was a gracious hostess and fabulous teacher. The setting embraces the true essence of Tuscany, the food was delicious, the sunset stunning, and the opera was enchanting. Thank you for a perfect evening! #operainthekitchen

Villa le Corti

Principe Corsini Estate stretches out over a hillside covered with vineyards, olive trees and woodland. It is set in the very heart of Chianti on the main road from Florence to Siena, only 16 km south of Florence. The Renaissance Villa stands on the highest hill in the very centre of the estate. The Italian garden overlooking the valley and the vast fourteenth century wine cellars and oil jar-storage complete the picturesque scenario. GUIDED TOURS AND WINE TASTING: we organize guided tours of the cellars, the oil mill and the "orciaia" with explanatory tours of the winemaking techniques and olive pressing. The tours ends with a tasting of the organic wines and olive oil.

Hi, my name is Camilla! I've been cooking since ... well a long time ago! I was a child when I watched my grandmother cook recipes for the family, and every day my passion for traditional Tuscan dishes grew more and more ... I have been teaching cooking classes for more than 15 years in villas and structures in Tuscany. Then I started at my home on the farm where I live with my large family and where I produce extra virgin olive oil and pure saffron. I expect you will be welcome!
