For the first two days of our Sarlat holiday, we booked with Christoph to get an insider perspective of the Dordonge area. There are not enough wonderful words to describe our time. Christoph is professional, friendly, polite, funny, prompt -- and has an outstanding knowledge of the area that he clearly loves. After our email correspondence, Christoph 'got' us, and we had a lovely time of exploring and seeing so many amazing things, locations and history that we never would have found ourselves. Stress free. Christoph is one of the kindest people I've met, and after minutes we were comfortable and traveling around like friends. Thank you so much for making the holiday a life time memory! We’ve been coming with them since the 1970s. Still as efficient and helpful as ever. Leave your card here and get their coach up and slowly meander down past the chateaux. They are based at St Vincent de Cosse so you get a final quiet stretch from Beynac past Les Milandes which is much less busy than upstream. Nice to swim on the beach here. Good food at the shack bistrot next door opposite the Air Park.

The Dordogne is a peaceful river particularly adapted to the practice of "Canoe Detente" with family or friends, you have at disposal an original way to discover the castles and the villages, some of which are classified among the "most beautiful villages of France" . You leave your car in our parking of one hectare shaded. Then a bus takes you upstream from the river. Three circuits are possible: - Departure by canoe from Vezac: 7 km ; 1 to 2 hours - Departure by canoe from Roque Gageac : 14km ; 2 to 3 hours - Departure by canoe from Carsac: 28km ; 4 to 5h During your descent, you can make stops to picnic, you bathe. After returning to the Port d'Enveaux, you can pick up your vehicle or you can take advantage of the facilities provided free of charge : picnic area, games for children, shower ... NB : Canoe Detente is open all year round and Our family lives on site since 1887 !

AirParc is mix between a climbing park (treetop adventure park) and a leisure center for the whole family. You can have fun or rest on our peninsula in the middle of the river Dordogne, there is many activities to do here. There are giants wooden games, relaxing area with a big nest just along the river, the ecological garden, the pedagogical trail, a barefoot path … Initially a climbing park, we are now trying to offer activities for every age and size.
