I have been to spring hill riding club on many occasions and it is by far the best riding school and experience i have had anywhere in the world. The horses are all lovely and extremely well looked after, Suzanne and Kent are laid back and very helpful and accommodating. I always rode Joy on each visit and she is the most calm and beautiful horse, a true gentle giant. I'm now living back in the UK and miss my Saturday beach rides to rendevous bay. I hope to be back soon. For anyone procrastinating on whether or not to do this ride whilst in Antigua, DO IT. The memories will last a life time.

Loved it here lots of history and also lovely to stroll along the front dreaming about owning one of the wonderful boats, there is so much to see and do here, our only downside was the limited time we had here due to being on an island tour, this is definitely a place on the list to re visit

Pigeon Beach English Harbour is one of the most beautiful beaches in Antigua, clear sea, soft sand, play area for kids & facilities. Topped off with the best restaurant in Antigua at one end called Catherine's and a humble relaxed beach bar at the other end called Bumpkin's. Just turn up and enjoy this beautiful location and spend the day blissfully tuned into pure relation????100% recommend!

Turtles, nurse shark, lots of fish and a sunken ship that’s easy to get to and only 15’ deep. Best snorkeling on the island. And highly recommend. I also highly recommend hiking up to see the pillars. One of my favorite parts of the visit. It’s not difficult , but also not easy...but so worth it. Add Mary’s height, and it’s worth a day. We drove (driving in Antigua is a whole ‘mother story!) and parked on the road by the beach. It was a very easy walk. We went on a Thursday just passed high season so there was barely anyone there, but the one bar was also close. Make sure you pack water and snacks just in case! Also, there are no public restrooms

We visited the Antigua Donkey Sanctuary while on a private SUV tour through the Sandals Grande Antigua Island Routes desk. However, you can visit the sanctuary on your own or on other tours, too! When our tour guide gave us the option of stopping at the Sanctuary before lunch, as animal lovers we knew we had to do it. We didn't stay too long, but after brushing and petting some of the donkeys in the public petting area, we were satisfied. We stopped back in the office to return the brushes, and we were able to purchase a few t-shirts for ourselves and our family back home in cute designs and colors. We also got to "adopt" a donkey, and the money from the adoption would be used for the care of all the animals. If you visit, please donate or purchase to support the Sanctuary if you're able! Otherwise, your visit is free, but we're sure that especially with less visitors due to Covid's impact on tourism the Santuary can probably use more help than ever.
