We popped into le conty today to hire bikes as our campsite had none available. We found the prices reasonable (€18 for an adult bike for the day and €13 for a childs) and the staff were very very friendly and helpful (spoke excellent English too). I would recommend getting there early in the day though in case they run out of bikes as they seem very popular. Included in the price were helmets, bike lock and puncture repair kit.

Starting at the jetty, this path takes you to the heart of one of the largest reed beds around the lake.This area is protected and shelters many species of water birds. There are several information boards about flora and fauna along the path. Come and enjoy the magnificient countryside at the edge of the lake.
