I went there last year for night illumination. The resort’s location is a little bit inconvenient. You have to take bus there from station.
In winter season, there is usually illumination opening to the public. The lights are so beautiful and it is strongly recommended for date.

This is a beautiful park which I have visited several times at varying times of the year. It is a nice place offering park areas, flowers, ponds, a small zoo seasonal activities and beautiful floral arrangements. I wouldn't make the special effort just to see this park, but if you are in the area it is very worth the time to visit.

Sagamihara City Hall Sakura Street

We were simply walking around the city when we came upon the City Hall and government complex. We did not even have to read the signs, these buildings have the same feeling around the world! The streets leading up to the building are worth a walk because they are tree lined, with plenty of walking space, designated bicycle paths and a peaceful feeling. Take a walk around Sagamihara and enjoy the more lay-back feeling of this town.

Relatively small department store, attached to a shopping mall. mall has large variety of shops, 7-11 type, burger king, krispy creme, telephone shop, etc. Bono sagamiono has several floors of shopping, including household, food shops, men's, women's clothing, bookstores, etc.
Sagami ono is a relatively small town, so department store is a good choice if you're looking to do some shopping. Prices are reasonable, service is very good as is in most Japanese department stores.
