El Museu de l'ICP compta amb dues exposicions. A la planta baixa, l'exposició permanent interactiva "Avui investigues tu!" que permet a l’usuari convertir-se en un paleontòleg, reproduint quatre investigacions reals de l’ICP. A la primera planta del museu hi trobareu l'exposició "El Triceratops torna a Sabadell". En altres zones del Museu podreu veure com és un laboratori de preparació de fòssils i gaudir d'audiovisuals que recreen els paisatges de fa 66 milions d'anys, quan el que avui són els Pirineus era una zona poblada per dinosaures.
