I take mini vacations often. I’ll take a day, find a nearby old town and “window” shop. Grapevine Texas is one of the places I go. Yesterday, I spent about 6 hours walking the main strip in old, historic Grapevine. It was decked out for St Patrick’s Day. I found a street gender with jerky. The farmers market offered unique kiwi berries and local honey. I bought a wonderful spiced tea soap and lotion at Grace. An outfit for Bass Hall was found in a boutique. I was disappointed that the store that had metal yard work was closed. I had a wonderful time here, enjoyed the rain, the people, the shops and the experience. I’ll be back.

The food is better, you can tell it's actually prepared and not microwaved or previously frozen. I love the cleanliness and the size of the seats and the aisles. I love that the seats are far enough back that you aren't too close to the screen like at Rave. The place was built for the type of seating it was intended for and not a remodeled afterthought. I would order the juicy grilled burger again!

I traveled further to get to this theater because of their comfy recliners and reserved seats. I will likely return even though there are nearer theaters simply because I despise getting to theaters super early to attempt to get a good seat. I would love to see a bigger discount for weekday matinees (but I suppose that whole supply and demand thing prevents that).

First off, you don't need to run out to a ticket booth to get a timed admission ticket here like you do in DC, you just walk up and are admitted. Second off, it is FREE. Third off, this was so informative and cool. It is perfect for people of all ages. I learned so much about paper money on this tour. Now I am looking at my bills to see if they were made in DC or Ft. Worth. The tour is self-guided with a hand-held speaker to press at each station, so you can go at your own pace and spend more time observing the areas that interest you. I loved that the employees wave at the visitors throughout the tour too. They were printing $100 bills when I visited so it was cool to see the bills throughout the process and then to see the stacks and stacks of money- WOW! There is a gift shop in the building too with something for everyone, so remember to bring your wallet. There are a few things to take into consideration before visiting though. Because this needs to be a very secure facility, all visitors will go through a metal detector and you cannot bring the following items in the facility, so if you can't live without your cellphone, then you won't be able to visit: Cell phones, electronic equipment, back packs, cameras, weapons (including knives, pellet guns, mace, etc.), explosives, food, and drinks are prohibited, so you will have to leave them in your car. Plan ahead and lock any valuables in the trunk before you arrive to the parking lot just in case. We had no problems and we placed our phones in the glove box.

This was my second time to ride at Marshall Creek, taking family and friends from overseas that wanted a 'trail ride' experience! From booking to the price point and the well behaved horses (Except Maverick - who likes to snack! :-) ) it was well worth the 45 minute drive from SW Fort Worth. I did the evening trail ride that usually ends with us seeing fireflies in the wooded area as we head back - Magical!!
Would definitely go again!

After eating enough carbs and Turkey, and decorating for Christmas, Shannon Crandolicious was called for. Try also the Chocolate Stout. Nice outdoor seating during good weather. This is beer and water and soda only. Would be great if there were some food trucks. Wristband for $12 gets a take home glass and three pints.

Reviewed By Swimfins - San Salvador, El Salvador

This summer we've been able to go to Hawaiian Falls twice - both times have been great. We again sprung for the cabanas (mid-week pricing though) and frankly, it's been worth it due to the heat - right about 100F both times. Service from the cabana attendants was okay, but one was better than the other. (Hey Management - train them to bring mustard, ketchup, mayo, and napkins when they bring the food. Our food the second time showed up with none of that and we had to ask for it.)

They seemed to have found some efficiencies in line management ... the lines seemed to move *a little* faster, but then again on a Monday and Wednesday, they weren't all that busy.

This is a good waterpark, but it is small. At the end of the second visit, the kids were ready to go saying that they'd ridden everything they wanted to. We'll go back next summer, but probably won't go for a third visit this summer.

Walk, Ride or Run!
I have tried all three! Walking my dog, riding my bike and running! Every time I have gone, I have really enjoyed the smooth meandering, trails, well built bridges and fun curvy cement paths as I pass numerous others doing the same things! :> One time I stopped and looked over the edge of the bridge into the creek and was delighted to see (thankfully from a safe distance) a Green Slider Turtle (not scary) slipping into the water from a log going one direction, and a snake (scary) sliding through going the other! To see both at pretty much the same moment was a good moment to catch!

Recently the City of Keller has put up some very interesting 3D, colorful art sculptures that test your imagination. You stand on mounds and gaze through specific circular vantage points that make the odd looking structures turn into world famous buildings or landmarks. Attractions such as these make the park feel a little more magical in a nice sort of way!
When I see the city offices so close to such a pretty park area, I am reminded that yes there are people sitting at their desks probably wishing they could be out where I am at that moment! This makes me appreciate being where I am even more!

I have taken 20 mile bike rides to go see my friends and ridden hard and fast to beat the unpredictable spring storms as I see them rapidly approaching in the distance! Kind of exciting!
I just wanted to say Thank You City of Keller for making a pretty place to Walk, Ride and Run!
I understand the City of Keller wants to extend the trail all the way to Dallas one day!
Looking forward to that!
