We had a great session on Saturday for my son's 12th birthday, with 6 of his friends aged 11-12. Rachel was really helpful, flexible and professional beforehand, scheduling us in with other groups of similar age. On the day itself, the staff were very friendly, helpful and focused on marshaling their respective armies such that the kids got the best out of each game. The inclusion in the price of photos taken by the staff throughout was another another nice touch. Great value - we'll be back!

I used to enjoy coming here because it was always very friendly. Now I don't like it at all. Its rarely ever open, when I have been in its full of rowdy children where the parents are too busy glued to a computer screen to do anything. Staff don't speak to the children and when I asked for the toilet key it was refused, I got told walk down to the public toilets!
