A guided tour of four hours in which you will meet more than 80 animals of 23 different species plant a tree, know the flora with its medicinal plants of the jungle and at the end you can swim in a magnificent illuminated underground cenote. To get there you have to go first to the meeting point at Akumal Natura Glamping (googleMaps). From there we will take our vehicle to the ranch with the animals, plants and cenotes. Only a short distance from our hotel bit it would be worth a trip if staying in Cancun. Small zoo/sanctuary which is visited in around 1 hour with a guide, you get to hold many of the animals and walk in the crocodile enclosure which is for me, a unique experience. Finally get to feed the deer and meet Mexican hairless dogs - a bit of everything for animal lovers. Value for money for the experience and all proceeds go into maintaining this small operation.

Very nice Aquarium....not huge but there is a lot to see. They have a dive with Sharks, also a really cool dolphin experience as well. Great for kids too. If you are looking for something to do it is worth checking out. Make sure you go during the day.

This was one of the best deals on the island! It was only 30 pesos per person, which is about $1.50USD. This is a nice sea turtle hatchery. It was very clean when we went there and the animals seemed very well taken care of. There is one large house with several tanks and the walls are lined with other fish tanks. In an enclosed area are buried clutches of sea turtle eggs and there is a very large area with a pier you can walk down to see the larger turtles. For an additional 30 pesos you can purchase a little bag of turtle food and feed all but the tiny hatchlings. Great experience, great conservation effort!!
