The setting is in the jungle so peaceful and relaxing and in the middle of nature which is so healing. The only LEGAL way for transport from your hotel is by taxi at the hotel and is easy to get and all the drivers know us. The taxis are safe and registered at the hotel and LEGAL. Taxis will wait for you for NO charge. Come out for a unique experiance and the BEST massage ever

I had been coming to Puerto Morelos for many years on vacation and the first time I went to Martina's for a massage, I knew she was someone special! I had had many massages in Austin, but few of the practitioners were as talented as Martina. Her studio is so very beautiful and relaxing and you immediately feel heard and taken care of. We love Puerto Morelos and Martina so much we have now retired and are spending some time renting her third floor apartment which is as beautiful as she is. I highly recommend her and her lovely apartment if you need accommodations.

We are staying at the Excellence Riviera Cancun, and decided to get a couples massage after Neftali gave us a free chair massage by the pool. He booked our couples destress ritual and the hour of aqua hydrotherapy prior to the massage and facial. Sonia and Raquel were on point with everything. Being one of the best massages and overall services I have ever received, we booked another massage and milk mousse bath for me. Sonia was once again a superstar! I highly recommend her and Miile Spa if you are staying here. Can’t wait to come back again!

Best massage we have had in a long time. On the beach, ocean breeze and a very talented masseuse team equals a perfect 60 min massage. They help with pain points, are aware of your body and where you need work. Highly recommend....we will be back! (Often)

Oh my god, best massage I've ever had. Got the couples 2h massage with my wife + the mayan bath with neck and head massage. The whole experience as like 3h in a row of massage and it was THE BOMB. Only thing I regret is not putting bug spray before because I got bit a lot during the massage But very good spot, loved it

For a rejuvenating massage with natural oils in a zen atmosphere. Ka’an Spa is THE place. Just close your eyes and let it happen. When it’s over you just don’t want it to be over. You want more of the deep while gentle strokes kneading the knots out of your muscles, neck, shoulders and back. Roman’s healing hands will have you coming back for more of his therapeutic while relaxing massages. I’ve received many sessions and can truly say that Roman is one of the best! He is a fine human being, professional, respectful and kind.

Outstanding service was provided. Maribel kept our room spotlessly clean. The restaurant and poolside service provided by Isaious Capitan, Cindi, Karla, Noel, Umberto, Celso and Jorge was excellent as was the assistance provided by Johnny, the TUI rep, Zully, Adela and Claudia (apologies for anyone inadvertently not mentioned). My partner’s food allergy was regularly checked at meal times after making Johnny aware of same and the hotel head chef Michel was in direct communication with my partner regarding same. As such I can honestly say that the service was second to none and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
